Before playing the video in browser the browser will download it into a folder named cache folder.
The browser cache, sometimes also referred to as the temporary Internet files folder, contains files from web sites you've visited. All modern web browsers maintain a cache of files for one important reason - faster display of web pages the next time you open those web sites. Thus, instead of being retrieved from the online web server (the computer that hosts the web site) each time, the files are picked from the browser cache (on your computer) which, as you can understand, speeds up the display of the web page.
Depending on your browser and the operating system, both the hard disk and RAM are used to store the cache files. By the way, these files are not required from proper functioning of the web browser. You can delete the browser cache anytime you want without any problems. In fact, at times it is advisable to clean up the temporary internet files and we'll hit on this point later.
The browser cache has files from the web sites you've opened in the browser. These include entire web pages, images, CSS, audio, video etc. For instance, if you save web pages for offline browsing, all the files would be stored in the browser cache. Also note that if you have multiple browsers installed on your system, each will maintain its own cache and indifferent locations on the hard disk.
As I mentioned before, the main advantage of maintaining a cache of files is quicker loading of web pages. So when you open a page that already exists in the cache, the browser will, typically, compare the online version with the one on your system. If no changes are found the local copy is displayed.
Here are the location of Cache folder where you can find the data streamed by your browser from the web.
The cache folder locations for browser are as follows is
1. Internet explorer
C:\Documents and Settings\(username)\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
2. Google Chrome
C:\Documents and Settings\(username)\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Cache
3. For Mozilla Firefox
Just type about:cache in the Firefox address bar and it will show you the location of Disk cache device and Offline cache device.
Once you have found your cache folder, just sort it descending order of size. Then if you are trying to search the video just play the higher size file into VLC player. If it run, it is video. Once you find your desired video then copy to where you want and then rename it.
If you are searching mp3, do the same with winamp. for images try to open in Picasa.
If the above method is become so hard then you can use the application which are specially build for the cache folder view. These are known as CacheView. The download location of CacheView are listed below for the different browsers.
4. Opera
